FAQ (updated August 2025)

  • We are established as a LLC in Orlando, Florida and are warehousing in Yokohama, Japan. Our games will be manufactured in China and are shipped from Japan.

  • We unfortunately do not have an IOSS/GB tax number at the moment. For this reason the payment of any import tariff/VAT will be the customer’s responsibility upon package reception. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • All sales are final. However, in case of a defective product or missing component, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.

    Gamefound backers: you can cancel a pledge you made any time before then end of a project’s funding period . Unfortunately, we are unable refund any pledge once a project has reached its goal (except for “Stable pledge” requirements).

  • Our production timeline has been adjusted as follows:

    • 06-07/2026, shipping of "1809: Talavera" to our backers.

    • Late 2026, launch of the "1806: Auerstädt” campaign (6 to 8 months from launch to final delivery).

    • 2027, launch of the "Tracers & Torpedoes Core Set" or “1810: Bussaco Second Edition” campaign, depending on demand.

  • Tactical Workshop started selling add-ons cards for GMT games’ "Red Storm" in 2019. It is a small, family owned and operated entity that started as non-profit and that we hope to expand into a small business.

  • The main reason is the selling price getting more and more prohibitive and far too high compared to industry standard for similar products. Additionally, our profit margin is so low (less than 5% of the price you pay) that it doesn’t justify the long hours spent on creation, design, promotion and play testing. Finally, the restrictions on the kind and format of the components that could be produced was limiting us in our designs and the printing quality was still below industry standard for some parts.

  • Our storefront at the GameCrafter will remain open for print on demand requests for those items and any new non-boxed game products.
